Who We Are

SoProperty is headed up by me, Miranda Fraser, a property investment consultant with over 25 years in the residential property market specialising in buy-to-let portfolio acquisitions.

Through buoyant and flat markets I have consistently secured high net annual yields on buy-to-let investments and achieved high returns on profits from sales. I have managed the upgrading of 100s of properties, built new houses, converted office space to residential space, project managed countless refurbishments, co-ordinated even more configurations, as well as furnishing and staging countless investment properties for rental or sale.

I have a sound knowledge of both the Central London and Edinburgh markets as well as the surrounding areas – with experience in the rental and sale values per square foot in both these (varied and diverse) regions.  I can advise on how to leverage your capital to its best advantage with strong relationships with independent mortgage advisors and our 25+ years has honed an innate gut instinct into what is viable and what isn’t.
