With a detailed brief on your geographic and financial criteria, I will act on your behalf to find the best possible BTL investment/s. This will include:

  • Analysing national, regional and local rental and sales data

  • Liaising with real estate agents

  • Visiting properties on your behalf

  • Regularly reporting back on progress

  • Liaising with an independent mortgage advisor for advice on available mortgage product rates

  • Preparing financial analysis spreadsheets for a shortlist of appropriate properties, highlighting investment strengths and weaknesses

  • Predicting 5-year compound growth based on market data available

  • Advising on realistic rental values and net/gross annual rental yields

  • Negotiating purchase terms

The Search & Find service begins with an initial 6 month retainer and I’ll need upfront evidence to show funds for purchase are available.
