Upgrade

This can be combined with a Property Enhancement Survey (see below) or carried out independently if you have specific requirements. SoProperty will:

  • Appraise works required

  • Seek competitive quotes for works required

  • Co-ordinate sourcing of materials

  • Liaise directly with tradesmen at all times regarding access, timescales, quality of work, etc

  • Regularly report, with photographs of progress, to the client

  • Quality check at completion of work to sign off project

Furnishing

This can be combined with a Property Enhancement Survey or carried out independently should the client have specific requirements.  SoProperty will:

  • Appraise property on a room by room basis and prepare a report highlighting suggestions for furniture and furnishings to best enhance the accommodation

  • Agree realistic budget and timescales with client

  • Source items required and co-ordinate delivery, assembly (if required), installation and disposal of packaging

Property Enhancement Survey

A home doesn’t have to be large to offer high quality living, but it must be spacious, light and clean.

The property enhancement survey describes how best to present your property for letting. After evaluating the property I will produce a detailed report which includes:

  • Recommendations for reconfiguration of the existing accommodation

  • Upgrading of kitchen/bathroom etc.  We can, if required, redesign a new kitchen or bathroom layout and can carry out any necessary alterations as required.

  • All cosmetic upgrading work required, on a room by room basis, covering redecoration and new flooring

  • Improvement of existing lighting and light fittings and, if necessary, relocation of electrical supplies for this provision

  • Advice on window dressing, curtain poles, blinds and fabrics

  • General maintenance to enhance presentation

Furniture and furnishings required, on a room-by-room basis, to best present the property for marketing and rental purposes
