  • Liaising with real estate agents, many of whom I have existing long-term relationships with, allowing me to access not-yet-listed properties and private listings

  • Trawling through websites before compiling short-lists of suitable properties and then visiting them on your behalf

  • Regularly reporting back on progress, at pre-agreed intervals

  • Liaising with an independent mortgage advisor for advice on available mortgage product rates

  • Negotiating purchase terms on your behalf

  • Assisting you from start to end of the entire process

  • Access to proven and highly reliable professionals to assist with the entire acquisition process.

The Search & Find service begins with an initial 6 month retainer and I’ll need upfront evidence to show funds for purchase are available.
